Launch updates
The launch-list checkbox authorizes NOUR to use the submitted name and email for launch and marketing updates. It is unchecked until selected and may be withdrawn through an unsubscribe link or by contacting NOUR. Optional wedding-planning information is a separate voluntary choice.
Accounts and orders
When enabled, account creation and checkout will distinguish acceptance of service terms from optional marketing. Data necessary to create an account, deliver an order, issue a receipt, prevent fraud or meet law will be explained as necessary processing rather than bundled into optional consent.
Beauty personalization
Hair-covering preferences, beauty concerns, saved routines, pregnancy/postpartum mode and similar choices must be optional, editable and removable. Medical treatment information should not be requested for ordinary cosmetics shopping.
Camera and skin features
Camera access and image analysis remain disabled. Before activation, NOUR must explain whether an image leaves the device, the exact purpose, provider, retention period and deletion method, then request device permission and any legally required explicit consent. Refusal must leave a written routine option available.
Consent records
NOUR must retain the notice version, choice, date, channel and withdrawal status needed to demonstrate consent. A change of purpose requires a new assessment and, where required, fresh consent.
