How complaints will be handled

1. Send the order number, contact details, product and a clear description of the issue.
2. NOUR will acknowledge the complaint and issue a reference number.
3. NOUR will investigate with the supplier, payment or delivery provider as needed and provide a reasoned response.
4. Urgent product-safety reports will be prioritized and escalated.

Internal acknowledgement and resolution targets must be approved and published before retail activation.

Consumer Protection Agency

Customers retain the right to contact Egypt’s Consumer Protection Agency. The Agency publishes hotline 19588, online complaint options and current contact channels on its official website. Keep the invoice and relevant product documents.
