Who these terms cover

These terms govern use of nourbeautyegypt.com and the NOUR mobile application. The current experience is a prelaunch informational and testing service. It is not a live retail checkout.

Eligibility and accounts

Public customer accounts are not yet open. When accounts launch, customers must provide accurate information, protect sign-in details and use the service lawfully. NOUR will publish account suspension, deletion and appeal procedures before activation. Children must not create an account or provide personal data without the legally required authorization.

Beauty information

Beauty School, routines, quizzes and future cosmetic photo features provide general cosmetic education and visible-concern guidance. They do not diagnose, prescribe or replace a dermatologist, obstetric clinician or other qualified professional. Stop using a product that causes a concerning reaction and seek appropriate care.

Products and third parties

Sample products and prices are illustrative. A product may be offered only after supplier, origin, label, ingredient, expiry and applicable Egyptian Drug Authority information are verified. External links and videos are governed by their providers. Paymob, Apple, Google, delivery providers and other services will have their own terms when activated.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s data, copy content commercially, submit unlawful content or use NOUR to make false medical or product claims.

Intellectual property

NOUR’s names, branding, designs and original content are protected. Personal, non-commercial use of the service is permitted. No commercial reuse, scraping, republication or creation of misleading derivative materials is permitted without written authorization.

Changes and governing law

Material changes will be dated and, where required, presented for renewed acceptance. Mandatory Egyptian consumer and data-protection rights are not limited by these terms. The final contracting entity, governing-law clause and dispute address must be inserted after Egyptian incorporation and reviewed by counsel.
