Sales, payment, shipping and delivery policy

Prelaunch status
No website or app checkout is active. A listing, bag addition, WhatsApp message or launch-list submission is not an accepted order. NOUR will not collect card details through email, chat or social media.
Product and price information
Before order confirmation, the customer must see the seller, product identity and material characteristics, quantity, total price in Egyptian pounds including applicable taxes, separate delivery charge, payment method, availability, expected delivery window, return rights and any geographic restriction. Product images may vary slightly, but material information must be accurate and not misleading.
Order formation
An order request becomes binding only after NOUR issues an order confirmation identifying the seller, products, total amount, delivery information and order number. NOUR may decline an order for genuine stock, verification, safety, legal or fraud-prevention reasons and must promptly release or return any amount collected for a declined order.
Payments
Planned methods may include Paymob-supported cards, mobile wallets, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash on delivery, subject to merchant approval and availability. Payment credentials must be handled by the approved payment provider. NOUR will never ask for a card PIN, password or one-time code.
Shipping and delivery
Available governorates, delivery price and estimated delivery window must be displayed before purchase. The customer will receive reasonable status updates. A delivery is completed only at the agreed address or to an authorized recipient. Customers should inspect the parcel and report visible damage, shortage or a wrong item promptly. Delay does not remove mandatory statutory rights.
Cancellations and failed delivery
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch without charge. After dispatch, statutory return rules apply. Any redelivery or refused-delivery fee must be disclosed before the order and cannot override legal rights where NOUR or the carrier is at fault.
